Masuken is the seeming voice of reason for the group. He has to deal with Hikaru's attitude and often steps him to get him out of trouble. He has an awful amount of patience but does get annoyed with Hikaru's impulsiveness. He is always quick to help his friends when they are in trouble.

Masuken was taken over my Metal Phantomon to begin with and almost costs Hikaru his partner but when being saved he realises that he is needed in the group. Without a doubt he is the most knowledgeable of the group and goes to many ends to save the team and latches onto Duke + Mame's plan to train Hikaru.
