Summary:
On the street a kid is walking by looking at his digimon cards. He bumps into a guy in a yellow jacket who drops a card. The kid picks it up and a few trades later it ends up as Henry's card. In Henry's hands the card turns into the blue card. Later he shows the card to his father who when analyzing it notices immediately what it is. The next day in the park Impmon arrives and faces off against Henry, Takato and their digimon. Soon Henry's dad comes, Impmon attacks him and Terriermon saves the day. But Henry's dad finally realizes digimon are real. At home Henry's dad tells him the story of how when in college he was part of a student research team that created digimon! Henry, Rika and Takato then meet the next two Devas Pajiramon and Vajiramon. All their digimon digivolve. Pajiramon is about to delete Gargomon when Henry slashes the blue card, Gargomon digivolves and seemingly deletes both digimon. But we later see that Vajiramon was able to teleport out of the way. That night he visits Renamon and starts to try and convince her to join the Devas.
